I’ve been using pooldawg mostly for the learning articles and cue advice, and some of it has definitely helped me get a better handle on the basics. That said, a few pages feel a little dated or don’t go into as much detail as I was hoping for. It’s not a bad resource overall, but I really wish they’d update the educational content more often. If it keeps feeling stale, I’ll probably start getting my tips and advice from another site

I ordered a few cue tips and some chalk from pooldawg, the tracking was spot on the whole time. I didn’t have to deal with any weird delays or the usual “where’s my package?” guessing game.
The box showed up on the day it said it would and everything was in good shape. Nothing fancy, but that’s exactly what I was hoping for...

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, and some of the stuff was priced fairly. That said, I did notice a few items that seemed more expensive than what I’ve seen at other shops. Just a heads-up: it’s probably worth checking prices elsewhere before buying so you don’t end up overpaying.

I sent it back and the refund came through fast. it was the kind of return experience you hope for, simple, quick, and not annoying. I’d definitely order from them again

I’ll give pooldawg credit where it’s due: they have a nice mix of cues, cases, and smaller accessories all in one place.
